We're looking for a highly organized, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our support team as a Studio Operations Associate.
This is more than a traditional front desk position. Our support staff plays a critical role in studio operations, client experience, artist support, sales, and maintaining the professional standards that have made Ink & Dagger a destination for tattoo collectors across the country.

Part-Time Position
Starting Pay: $13/hour
Increase to $15/hour after successful completion of training and probationary period
Potential opportunity for full-time employment
Weekend and evening availability required

As a Studio Operations Associate, you'll serve as a key connection between our artists, clients, and daily studio operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating exceptional client experiences from first contact through checkout
- Managing appointment scheduling and client communications
- Coordinating project requests and directing inquiries appropriately
- Processing payments, retainers, and transactions accurately
- Supporting retail sales including aftercare products, apparel, and merchandise
- Assisting artists with day-to-day operational needs
- Maintaining studio cleanliness and health department standards
- Monitoring studio workflow and anticipating client and artist needs
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting with studio marketing initiatives
- Following established systems, procedures, and operational standards
